Despite the challenges posed by the Anglophone crisis and COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly impacted COIC’s business operations, including the Hotel Pavilion, the center is on a path to recovery. COIC Buea officials are optimistic as the situation normalizes, thanks to innovative measures and improvements at the center. New machines have been introduced across various departments to enhance training quality, and course contents have been updated to better equip trainees with the skills needed for self employment and job creation.
