ABOUT USCameroon OIC is an affiliate of the OIC international with head quarters in Philadelphia, USA. It was established in 1986 as a non-profit making organization, common based, non-formal skills training programme. It was established as a local non governmental organization and placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational training after a protocol agreement signed between the government of Cameroon and the OIC international.
